Following the collapse of the Berlin Wall (1989) and the most recent decision by US President Donald Trump to disengage militarily and economically from various international squares to concentrate the majority of national energies in recovery the American economy (2017), the world has sunk into an atmosphere of uncertainty and an identity crisis. Everyone tries to understand how the forces on the ground – economic, political and military – and the resulting alliances will be configured… and what is more convenient, waiting for a new “Yalta” on the political level and a new “Bretton Woods” in the economic-monetary field… and probably or hopefully towards a new UN.
